Challenging Processes - Working Proactively

DESIGNED FOR people in any position of responsibility whose results could be improved by standing back from their job and taking a long hard look at what they do, how they go about it and what limits their potential for success.

AIMS TO

Participants will be better able to:-

  • Examine how their time is currently used, and find ways to become more proactive - by taking charge of how it is used in the future
  • Focus efforts on areas which deliver the most significant improvements to past performance
  • Challenge existing routines and systems to generate new ideas which will deliver improvements on past performance
  • Assertively present a compelling case for change
  • Adopt a positive approach to planning the implementation of an improvement which is accepted and adopted by those concerned, with a minimum of resistance

ACHIEVED BY
