

Challenging Processes - Working Proactively
DESIGNED FOR people in any position of responsibility whose results could be improved by standing back from their job and taking a long hard look at what they do, how they go about it and what limits their potential for success.
AIMS TO
Participants will be better able to:-
- Examine how their time is currently used, and find ways to become more proactive - by taking charge of how it is used in the future
- Focus efforts on areas which deliver the most significant improvements to past performance
- Challenge existing routines and systems to generate new ideas which will deliver improvements on past performance
- Assertively present a compelling case for change
- Adopt a positive approach to planning the implementation of an improvement which is accepted and adopted by those concerned, with a minimum of resistance
ACHIEVED BY
- Two days separated by about 6 weeks, with an individual or small group work-based project connecting them
- The second day includes a presentation of an improvement project to a group of managers
