		Warren Scott Warren has been developing individuals, groups and organisations for over twenty five years. In this time he has successfully completed many projects, consistently achieving high quality results and outputs, and carried out a variety of highly successful training and development programmes. He has a full range of experience from training needs analysis to design of learning interventions through to delivery and evaluation. In this time he also has first hand experience within organisations as a leader, manager, team member, project manager and internal consultant. Much of his work has involved influencing at senior levels and working with key stakeholders to understand the training needs and design appropriate solutions. His experience and development has enabled him to specialise in a number of areas from a wider repertoire.
