skilled individuals who, by the nature of their job, frequently work alone. People who often have to make decisions and solve problems in the course of the day's work and who need to set work priorities, achieve demanding standards and use their time effectively. Would benefit managers who have responsibility for an area but not necessarily a team, also other skilled employees, or the self-employed.

  • A three part non-residential course of 3 days spread over 3 months
  • Practical projects link the units to encourage application of learning and practice back at work
  • Experienced trainers using a participative and practical style to create a stimulating, enjoyable and challenging learning environment
  • Cross fertilisation of ideas and feedback from peers in similar roles. The same participants and trainer will complete the series as a group
