
People Skills - Selling with Confidence
In a retail environment it is all too easy to focus all your efforts on the products and ignore the people. The ability to turn an enquiry or a conversation with a customer into additional sales is a central skill for Salespeople and their Supervisors. This course helps people learn when to offer help, and how to encourage people to buy. Opening conversations, asking the right questions, and closing the sale will all be discussed and practised on this stimulating day.
