Independent Training and Development Consultant



		Rob Kelly Rob has been working as an independent training and development consultant since 1987. During this period, he has worked throughout Europe aiding clients with major business transformations. He specialises in leadership, teambuilding, group dynamics, people development, and in using experiential development as a medium for learning. His consulting areas focus on building individual, team and leadership capabilities necessary to achieve breakthrough performance. Much of his work has been to facilitate change through the development of people at all levels in organisations, from Boards of Directors to Factory workers. He also has significant experience in working across cultures and in post change, post merger and post acquisition integration work. He has worked with international companies such as ABB, AXA, BBC, Ford of Europe, HBOS, Honda, Hitachi, EMC, Volkswagen UECC and Wallenius Wilhelmsen as well. As well as with a number of international Business Schools including Henley, LBS in London, MZSG St Gallen and EAP Paris. Rob is qualified and experienced in working with a range of Psychometric instruments including Myers Briggs Type Indicator, FIRO-B, Myers Team Roles Inventory and Belbin Self Perception Inventory. < back
