Operational Risk Management Training



		Phil Ingle Phil has designed and run training programmes in a wide range of organisations including banks, insurance companies, defence contractors, legal services, pharmaceutical companies and a variety of other manufacturing businesses and service related sectors. He works with all levels of management to assist with implementing new skills to achieve specific business objectives, with the emphasis on practical application of learning. His specialist areas include operational risk management for financial services, presenting medical information for pharmaceutical companies and presenting financial information. He has in addition advised clients on take overs, provided coaching and leadership skills for a law firm and trained Company Directors on their compliance responsibilities. Prior to working as an independent Training Consultant Phil was a Project Manager in Barclays Bank, he has also been a High Street Bank Manager. His qualifications include an MBA from Cranfield University, and he is a Master Practitioner in NLP. He also holds the Financial Planning Certificate, is Level A qualified in Psychometric Testing through the British Psychological Society, and a Graduate CIPD member. In addition he is a Member of the Institute of Training and Occupational Learning, The Chartered Institute of Bankers and the Professional Speakers Association. < back
