Award Winning LDG Course Re-vamped

The Leadership Development Group course has been reviewed and refreshed ready to start again in February. Since winning as National Training Award when it was originally run, the course has been run 15 times in as many years. There have been occasional updates to keep it current and focussing on the needs of the delegates and their businesses.

The 16th group of up and coming Managers will embark on the challenging first week in Cumbria extensively using the outdoors. The programme causes people to recognise the consequences of their leadership efforts on their team and its results.

The following 4 parts of the series provide a wide range of skills and techniques to enable participants to get the best out of themselves and their people. Conducted in Cedar’s practical and participative style, people who have completed the programme in the past have reported significantly enhanced confidence, greater credibility with their teams and more success in delivering results.
