Business Skills - Generating More Profit

It is all to easy to get tied up in the day to day routine of your job and lose sight of the purpose of your efforts. This enjoyable but profound course is intended to bring supervisors and managers in a retail environment, face to face with the impact of their decisions on profit. Ways to both generate more sales, and to reduce costs will be explored.
