Often when people do not achieve what is expected of them, it is because they are not entirely clear what success will look like. This practical programme is built around a straightforward process to help Managers and Supervisors define exactly what a good job will look like, and a systematic plan of the steps involved to achieve it. People who have completed the course are more focused on the results anticipated, and better able to monitor their own performance.
