The Efficient Supervisor Series

DESIGNED FOR: supervisors, foremen and team leaders who are regularly in charge of a large or small group of workers. Suitable for established or recently promoted staff of any age. As the course focuses on the skills required to achieve results through other people, it is appropriate for supervisors from any enterprise.


  • Improve supervisors understanding of the scope of their role
  • Develop the skills and confidence to supervise more effectively
  • Identify actions to enhance efficiency and performance


  • A three part non-residential course of 5 days spread over 3-4 months. No module is longer than 2 days to allow easier release from work
  • Practical projects linking the units to encourage application of learning and practice back at work
  • Experienced trainers using a participative and practical style to create a stimulating, enjoyable and challenging learning environment
  • Cross fertilisation of ideas and feedback from peers in similar roles. The same participants and trainer will complete the series as a group
