DESIGNED FOR: a basic introduction to the role of supervisor. The event aims are to be practical, participative, non-threatening and enjoyable. This is achieved by creating a relaxed atmosphere and learning through discussion, practical exercises and reviewing results. The outcome should be more motivation and commitment to their role.
