Developing Managers Series

Designed for new and developing manangers, this course covers a comprehensive set of skill areas, that together form a good management and leadershop grounding. Input sessions and discussions, supported by practical excercises and reviews link back to each delegates work situation. Two one to one coaching sessions will really focus on how learning can be applied to current challenges in their business.

AIMS TO:

  • Build the skills to manage and the confidence lead, influence and motivate people
  • Enable managers to fully take on the responsibilities attached to their role and deal with the issues that arise
  • Help build trusting and understanding working relationships with open communication
  • Develop the skill and will to develop people, and to delegate responsibilities to them when they are ready
  • Show how they can positively influence the profitability of the company
  • Highlight the steps they can take to manage the performance and behaviour of people working
