Management Trainer and Consultant



		Lindsay Muir Lindsay's sound knowledge of management is built on his extensive experience in managing large scale development projects in the Middle East over a 10 year period. Many of these enterprises, including his own export company, were grown from start up through to commercial viability. This practical experience of project management and commercial dealing created a sound foundation for his move in 1989 to become a management trainer and consultant. Working initially for the Agricultural Training Board at their Management Training Centre, he provided services to businesses mainly engaged in primary agriculture or horticultural production. Since setting up Cedar Associates in 1993 his work has subsequently developed into processing, packing and retail sectors. Mainly working with small to medium sized companies operating in the UK, he has also worked with large organisations in the USA and the Middle East. Lindsay is a skilled trainer with a particular interest in creating highly interactive and innovative programmes which both deeply involve participants, and can be readily linked back to the challenges experienced at work. He is always striving to ensure that training he develops starts with a purpose - and ends with the intended result. < back
