		Jill Savage Jill is an independent training consultant specialising in management and personal development, executive coaching and has experience in working with all levels in both the private and public sectors. She started in retail branch management and later diversified into head office personnel and training. She has now worked in management training and development for over twenty years and is particularly experienced in psychometrics, developing culture changes, performance management, inter-personal and team leadership development and coaching and facilitation for individuals and groups. She has worked successfully in financial services, retailing, the public sector and manufacturing. She has designed, implemented and managed training programmes for numerous blue chip companies. She has a background in psychotherapy, is a practitioner in neuro-linguistic programming and is a fully qualified co-active coach. < back
