DESIGNED FOR a basic introduction to the role of supervisor. The event aims are to be practical, participative, non-threatening and enjoyable. This is achieved by creating a relaxed atmosphere and learning through discussion, practical exercises and reviewing results. The outcome should be more motivation and commitment to their role.

Identify the aims and standards they work to, including quality, production and safety
Plan tasks, and operate plans, more effectively
Communicate more assertively to develop mutual respect
Identify actions to create and develop teamwork
Develop learning and feedback into a personal action plan
