Management Training - Introducing Supervision

DESIGNED FOR a basic introduction to the role of supervisor. The event aims are to be practical, participative, non-threatening and enjoyable. This is achieved by creating a relaxed atmosphere and learning through discussion, practical exercises and reviewing results. The outcome should be more motivation and commitment to their role.

  • Define supervisors role
  • Identify the aims and standards they work to, including quality, production and safety
  • Plan tasks, and operate plans, more effectively
  • Communicate more assertively to develop mutual respect
  • Identify actions to create and develop teamwork
  • Develop learning and feedback into a personal action plan
