Freelance Management Trainer and Consultant



		Claire Bateson Claire is a training and development professional. She has worked with a range of blue chip organizations and charities including: HSBC, Yorkshire Bank, Co-Operative Bank, Tarmac, the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, British Telecom, NTL, British Sub-Aqua Club and United Response. Areas of expertise include leadership and management development, in addition to specialised financial services. She is also a chief examiner, at degree level, with the Institute of Financial Services School of Finance (where she has been made a Fellow). Prior to working as a training and development professional she was employed by NatWest Bank for twenty years in a variety of frontline retail banking roles, latterly working at the bank’s Group Management College at Heythrop Park. Claire holds an MBA in financial services and her areas of interest include: leadership and team development, sales, sales management and coaching, assessment methodologies and processes. < back
