Bonita Temple Bonita's prime role as Cedar Associates Office Manager is to be the first point of contact for new clients, and to provide a friendly and helpful service for existing customers - many of whom she has never met. From her background in secretarial work, and latterly as a PA and Financial Administrator, she has been with the company since it began in 1993. Every aspect of Cedar Associates operations is dependant on her supporting role. She is in charge of bookings for all trainers and consultants, managing the finances, preparing and resourcing of all the programmes, and the logistics necessary to make sure everyone has what they need, when they need it. Bonita also runs all the administrative functions of the office, and acts as the main communication link between the consultants, who are often away, and our customers. Bonita's friendly approach, her willingness to listen, and her sense of humour have strongly contributed to Cedar Associates reputation for looking after their customers. < back |
